For all standard subscription plans including monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions, we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. This applies to first-time customers and new subscriptions only. To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase with a valid reason for dissatisfaction. The service must not have been used excessively (fair use applies). Valid reasons include technical issues that we cannot resolve, service not meeting advertised specifications, or inability to access the service.
3. Lifetime Plans (30-Day Guarantee)
For lifetime subscription plans, we provide an extended 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. The same fair use policy applies - the service should be used reasonably during the trial period.
