3. User Responsibilities

You must not share your account with others, use the service for any illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, redistribute or resell our content without permission, or use automated systems to access the service. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Account Terms
To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. One account may be used on the number of devices specified in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Termination Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall do so. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as specified in our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
IPTV Cyprus and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability and quality may vary. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not be a waiver of that right.
